Authorities in China’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region have concluded a competitive selection process for a diagnostic program that assesses energy-saving and carbon-reduction potential on an enterprise-specific basis across the region’s key industrial sectors. A regional evaluation panel convened on July 2, 2026 to score competing service providers against criteria including team qualifications and experience, past performance on similar assignments, understanding of the project scope, proposed work plans, service quality, and pricing.
Based on the combined evaluation scores, the region’s development and reform authorities recommended Gansu Provincial Building Materials Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. as the service provider for the project. The recommendation was posted for public comment over a five-day window, from July 3 to July 7, 2026.
